The Meranerland - a Bike paradise

In spring the cyclists, the mountain bikers and the motor-cyclists came to “Meran”, because of the warm climate. Not until November the weather isn’ t good enough to go cycling.

The cycle-path “Via Claudia Augusta” goes from the “Reschenpass” past “Algund” and up to “Venedig”. The cycle-path “Passeier Tal” is one of the most beautiful cycle-paths in the circumstance and certainly the “Vigljoch”, the “Eisjöchl” or the “Tschögglberg”, with his possibilities to go cycling, are famous places for professional cyclists.
